Muhammadjon Abdukunduzov began laying the foundation of his career at EVOS in 2011, starting as a restaurant server. Following a brief hiatus, he returned to the company and embarked on a rapid upward trajectory. After graduating from the Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Muhammadjon transitioned into the role of a cashier. His dedication led him to successfully pass the restaurant director certification in 2020. By 2022, he was appointed to lead the launch of a new EVOS branch in his hometown of Bekabad. As of 2024, Muhammadjon serves as a Regional Manager, a role in which he continues to make a significant impact on the company’s strategic growth and development.
